By creating an account or using Kọmply, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Redberry Technology Africa Limited.
Kọmply is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides automated payroll calculation, tax compliance tracking, filing reminders and AI-assisted compliance guidance for Nigerian businesses and individual taxpayers. The platform is operated by Redberry Technology Africa Limited, Lagos, Nigeria.
Kọmply is a calculation and guidance tool. We do not act as a licensed tax advisor, accountant or legal practitioner. All calculations are based on publicly available Nigerian tax law and regulations. For complex tax matters, you should consult a qualified Nigerian tax professional.

Kọmply uses 2026 Nigerian tax bands, PAYE rules and statutory rates as published by FIRS, PenCom, FMBN, NSITF and the CAC. While we make every effort to keep calculations accurate and current:
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Kọmply — including your business information, employee data and financial records. By using our platform, you grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide our services to you. We will never use your data for purposes other than providing the Kọmply service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
The Kọmply platform, including its design, software, content, algorithms and Amaka AI advisor, is the intellectual property of Redberry Technology Africa Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.
We aim to provide continuous access to Kọmply but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally take the platform offline for maintenance. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions. We will notify users of planned maintenance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Redberry Technology Africa Limited shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Kọmply subscription in the 3 months prior to the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@komply.com.ng. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Kọmply after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
